Arrival in Guwahati – Welcome to the Gateway of Northeast

Your journey begins with your arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, where our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. After checking in and relaxing, you will head out in the afternoon to visit the revered Kamakhya Temple atop Nilachal Hill, one of the oldest and most sacred Shakti Peethas in India. In the evening, you will enjoy a relaxing sunset cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra River, offering stunning views of the river landscape and the city skyline. Day 02

Day 07
Shillong to Guwahati – Final Departure

On your final day, you will check out after breakfast and begin your return drive down the hills to Guwahati. If time and flight schedules permit, you can stop at the Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary for a brief morning safari or pick up some authentic Assam tea and local handicrafts from the city markets. Our driver will then drop you off smoothly at Guwahati Airport or the Railway Station for your onward departure, bringing an end to your magical week-long tour of Meghalaya.

  • Role of the Company: The Company acts strictly as a facilitator/aggregator between the Client and third-party independent service providers (hotels, transporters, airlines, etc.). The Company shall not be held vicariously liable for any deficiency in service, negligence, injury, or loss of life/property caused by these independent contractors.
  • Limitation of Liability: In the worst-case scenario where the Company is found liable for a service failure directly attributable to its internal operations, the maximum liability of the Company shall strictly not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific package.
  • Right to Modify: The Company reserves the right to alter, amend, or withdraw any tour package, itinerary, or facility without prior notice due to operational necessities or circumstances beyond its control.
  • Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client&rsquos unlawful acts, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.
  • Jurisdiction: All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.

  • Initial Token: A non-refundable token amount of 25% of the total package cost is required to initiate the booking process.
  • Confirmation: A booking is legally binding only after the realization of the second installment (50% of total cost) and the issuance of a formal "Booking Confirmation" from the Company.
  • Final Settlement: The remaining balance (25%) must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the departure date. Failure to remit the final payment will result in auto-cancellation of the booking, and previous deposits will be forfeited as liquidated damages.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the registered email address.

  • Standard Cancellation Slabs:
    • 45 Days or more prior to departure: 10% of the total package cost (Processing Fee).
    • 44 to 30 Days prior to departure: 25% of the total package cost.
    • 29 to 15 Days prior to departure: 50% of the total package cost.
    • 14 Days or less / No-Show: 100% of the total package cost (No Refund).
  • Non-Refundable Components: Irrespective of the above slabs, any payments made toward non-refundable flights, peak-season hotel bookings, special train journeys, or government permits will attract a 100% cancellation charge.
  • Force Majeure Cancellations: If a tour is cancelled due to Acts of God (floods, earthquakes), pandemics, government lockdowns, or civil strikes, the Company will attempt to provide a credit note for future travel. However, cash refunds will be strictly contingent upon the refund policies of the respective end-vendors (hotels/airlines).
