GUWAHATI ARRIVAL

Meet your tour captain at a final pick -up - point,  load up the traveler vehicle, and kick off the road trip!

SHILLONG TO SHNONGPDENG

After breakfast, checkout and drive towards Shnongpdeng.

Arrive at the banks of the emerald-green Umngot River. The water here is so impossibly clear that boats look like they are floating in mid-air. Check into your riverside camps or glamping tents.

Group Activity: Time for adrenaline! The group will head out together for cliff jumping, zip-lining across the river, and kayaking in the crystal waters.

As darkness falls, gather around a roaring riverside bonfire. Enjoy a night of acoustic music, games, barbecue, and stargazing right on the river pebbles.

DAWKI TO CHERRAPUNJI

After breakfast and a relaxing morning to the sound of the river, hop on a morning boat ride on the Umngot River while the sunlight hits the riverbed perfectly.

Drive to Mawlynnong, celebrated as Asia’s Cleanest Village. Take a group walk through its spotless, flower-lined lanes and visit the unique Balancing Rock.

Drive up into the dramatic, mist-shrouded canyons of Cherrapunji (Sohra).

Stop at the majestic Nohkalikai Falls, India’s tallest plunge waterfall. Watch the sunset turn the canyon walls orange.

Day 04
TREK TO DOUBLE DECKER BRIDGE AND A BIT OF CHERRAPUNJI

Early breakfast. Today is the big adventure day! Drive to Tyrna Village, the starting point of the trek.

Descend roughly 3,500 steps through lush subtropical jungles and over suspension bridges to reach the village of Nongriat. Here lies the jaw-dropping Double-Decker Living Root Bridge, a marvel of ancient Khasi bio-engineering.

Trek an additional 1–1.5 hours further to Rainbow Falls. Witness the sun rays creating permanent rainbows in the misty spray of a brilliant blue pool. Take a refreshing dip!

Trek back up to Tyrna

Return back to Cherrapunji and rest for the night.

CHERRAPUNJI TO SHILLONG

After breakfast,

Mawsmai Cave: Visit this cave right after breakfast. It features a flat entry and a fully lit, concrete-paved interior pathway (requires about 15 minutes of flat walking).

Eco Park: Walk along the completely flat paved paths of this park to see the exact edge where the Cherrapunji cliffs drop into the plains of Bangladesh.

Garden of Caves: A roadside stop on the way back toward Shillong featuring natural rock formations, small waterfalls, and easily walkable paths.

Shillong Peak / Laitkor Peak: Drive straight to the viewpoint for a bird's-eye view of Shillong city (requires carrying an original ID card due to Air Force security checkpoints).

Day 06
SHILLONG TO LAND OF RHINOS KAZIRANGA

Bid farewell to the misty pine hills today as you check out of your hotel and drive down toward the vast plains of Assam, bound for the world-renowned Kaziranga National Park (approx. 5.5 to 6 hours). As you transition from the winding mountain roads onto the smooth plains of National Highway 715, the landscape transforms into an endless sea of lush, manicured green tea estates. Arriving in Kaziranga by late afternoon, you will check into your wildlife resort and unwind from the long drive. In the evening, you will visit the Kaziranga Orchid and Biodiversity Park to watch a vibrant cultural show featuring traditional Assamese folk dances like Bihu and the rhythmic Jhumar dance performed by local tea tribe communities.

KAZIRANGA TO GUWAHATI DEPARTURE

An early wake-up call for the ultimate highlight! Head into the central range of the park for a Dawn Elephant Safari (subject to availability/government permissions) to see the Great One-Horned Rhinoceros up close in the morning mist.

Return to the resort for breakfast, then instantly head out for an action-packed Jeep Safari deeper into the tall elephant grass to spot Wild Water Buffalos, Swamp Deer, and if you are incredibly lucky, a Royal Bengal Tiger.

Checkout and begin the drive back to Guwahati.

The Company shall not be liable for any costs related to:

  • Airfare, train fare, or bus tickets unless explicitly stated in the Inclusions.
  • Any sudden increase in aviation fuel prices, government taxes, or entry fees introduced after the booking date.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, alcoholic beverages, telephone bills, and tips/porterage.
  • Medical expenses, travel insurance, or emergency evacuation costs.
  • Cost arising out of flight/train delays, roadblocks, landslides, or political disturbances.
  • Any service, meal, or activity not specifically mentioned under the "Inclusions" section.
  • Role of the Company: The Company acts strictly as a facilitator/aggregator between the Client and third-party independent service providers (hotels, transporters, airlines, etc.). The Company shall not be held vicariously liable for any deficiency in service, negligence, injury, or loss of life/property caused by these independent contractors.
  • Limitation of Liability: In the worst-case scenario where the Company is found liable for a service failure directly attributable to its internal operations, the maximum liability of the Company shall strictly not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific package.
  • Right to Modify: The Company reserves the right to alter, amend, or withdraw any tour package, itinerary, or facility without prior notice due to operational necessities or circumstances beyond its control.
  • Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's unlawful acts, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.
  • Jurisdiction: All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.

  • Initial Token: A non-refundable token amount of 25% of the total package cost is required to initiate the booking process.
  • Confirmation: A booking is legally binding only after the realization of the second installment (50% of total cost) and the issuance of a formal "Booking Confirmation" from the Company.
  • Final Settlement: The remaining balance (25%) must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the departure date. Failure to remit the final payment will result in auto-cancellation of the booking, and previous deposits will be forfeited as liquidated damages.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the registered email address.

  • Standard Cancellation Slabs:
    • 45 Days or more prior to departure: 10% of the total package cost (Processing Fee).
    • 44 to 30 Days prior to departure: 25% of the total package cost.
    • 29 to 15 Days prior to departure: 50% of the total package cost.
    • 14 Days or less / No-Show: 100% of the total package cost (No Refund).
  • Non-Refundable Components: Irrespective of the above slabs, any payments made toward non-refundable flights, peak-season hotel bookings, special train journeys, or government permits will attract a 100% cancellation charge.
  • Force Majeure Cancellations: If a tour is cancelled due to Acts of God (floods, earthquakes), pandemics, government lockdowns, or civil strikes, the Company will attempt to provide a credit note for future travel. However, cash refunds will be strictly contingent upon the refund policies of the respective end-vendors (hotels/airlines).
